We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the eligibility requirements described below.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will generally not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

  • Be free from damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible products.

Exchanges may be requested when:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • A different size, color, or variation is requested (subject to inventory availability).

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Include:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The shipping package
    • Shipping label
    • Damaged product
    • All received contents

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.
